What you will do

• Develop, refine, and maintain user guides, API documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and intuitive narratives for developers and customers.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to document new features.
• Establish and scale documentation standards, templates, and best practices.
• Improve the developer experience by identifying content gaps and incorporating user feedback.
• Use visuals, diagrams, and code examples to make technical concepts accessible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer supporting software products, APIs, or enterprise SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Comfortable reading APIs, JSON, and working closely with engineers.
• Experience with Markdown, Git, GitHub, Notion, Confluence, or similar CMS platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve rapidly.
