What you will do

• Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy for the TOH Insider membership program.
• Own and optimize email campaigns, automated journeys, retention initiatives, and conversion funnels.
• Develop audience segmentation and personalization workflows within Ortto for behavior-driven marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance, establish growth KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, and product teams to align marketing with content initiatives.
• Manage external creative and production agency partners for design and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or audience development.
• Proven track record managing subscription, membership, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) programs.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Ortto or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret audience behavior.
• Excellent copywriting skills and project management capabilities.
• Must be based in Stamford, Connecticut, for hybrid office attendance.
