What you will do

• Manage multiple digital projects from concept to launch, ensuring they remain on budget and on schedule.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including UX, Medical Content, Graphic Design, Animation, Software Development, and QA.
• Communicate project objectives and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Proactively manage scope changes and devise contingency plans for potential crises.
• Assist in enhancing production-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in an interactive agency setting.
• Hands-on background in web or mobile development processes (HTML5, Unity, iOS, Android).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto, Ontario office (Hybrid).
• Experience leading projects in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
