Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Salary: $108,965 - $161,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead project teams and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Engage in active business development to secure new opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and project schedules while monitoring budgets and progress.
• Evaluate RFPs to define scope, risk profiles, and contract requirements.
• Provide mentorship to assistant project managers and guidance to the broader engineering team.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience, with preference for local municipal engineering projects.
• At least 1 year of project management experience with a solid understanding of principles and processes.
• Familiarity with MMCD standards.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle.
• Professional credentials such as P.Eng. or AScT preferred.
• Must be able to work from the Langley office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience leading projects through the construction phase.
