What you will do

• Manage Service Level Agreements and client contracts while coordinating internal and third-party resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed roadmaps while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage project financials, including invoicing, expenses, and revenue forecasting.
• Analyze project data to create dashboards and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and perform risk management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• +6 years of experience as a Project Manager in digital agencies, software factories, or IT companies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project and JIRA.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects and working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical background with the ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
• English: Upper-intermediate to advanced level required

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in Commerce.
