What you will do

• Own objectives, success criteria, and vehicle configuration for development tests.
• Manage integrated technical configuration, including CAD, interfaces, and design release status.
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues and interface conflicts across systems like propulsion, avionics, and GNC.
• Track and communicate technical maturity, schedule, and critical-path risks to leadership.
• Lead vehicle and mission readiness reviews to drive technical risks to closure.
• Coordinate preflight engineering verification and customer technical data deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on hardware design, testing, and support.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Demonstrated project management and communication skills across large organizations.
• Capability to evaluate system-level risk and develop customer-aligned test strategies.

Nice to have

• System integration and test experience for electromechanical hardware and software.
• Direct experience with flight vehicle testing, first flights, or rockets.
