Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 + equity

What you will do

• Execute quality plans across build programs from receiving inspection through integration and test.
• Lead failure investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action efforts to reduce risk.
• Integrate lessons learned from build non-conformances back into the design cycle for more robust flight units.
• Develop quality processes, non-conformance workflows, and PFMEAs for complex manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to embed quality into the lean production lifecycle.
• Track and report key quality metrics and build dashboards for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, mathematics, or relevant engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in high-volume, rapid production environments.
• Hardware manufacturing experience (machined parts, mechanisms, PCBAs, and harnessing).
• Proven ability to develop and execute quality plans across the full build lifecycle.
• Ability to work hands-on in a production environment alongside technicians.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience developing PFMEAs for complex processes.
• Knowledge of NDE/NDT inspection techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with AS9100D requirements and compliance audits.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing of solar module or battery lines.
• Active Secret or Top Secret DoD clearance.
