What you will do

• Lead teams to develop, integrate, and verify complex electromechanical and mechanical control actuators.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from proposal support and design reviews to qualification and production.
• Oversee project execution, including planning, budgeting, and schedule management.
• Coordinate work between engineers and technicians to ensure project goals are met.
• Act as the primary technical focal point for customer communications and design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in design/development engineering.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and managing project scope and cost.
• Authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrohydraulic or electromechanical actuators.
• Knowledge of EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and MS Project.
• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with electric/hydraulic driven systems testing.
