What you will do

• Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders in NetSuite based on approved requests.
• Validate vendor pricing, quantities, and documentation to ensure strict policy compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable to resolve PO-related discrepancies.
• Monitor approval workflows and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Track and report PO processing metrics, including volume and turnaround time.
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of PO desk operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement operations or procure-to-pay environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, specifically procurement modules.
• Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy and process compliance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Location: Must be based in Houston.
