What you will do

• Manage communication of order and return statuses to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process incoming orders and validate PO accuracy to ensure timely dispatch.
• Handle customer returns, including receiving, categorization, and refurbishment initiation.
• Own the LTL workflow, scheduling freight carriers and managing BOLs/SLIs.
• Collaborate with Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve shipping exceptions.
• Ensure all daily operational shipping deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, specifically with domestic LTL/freight scheduling and BOLs.
• Experience with high-volume email handling and order entry.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication with strong email etiquette.
• Ability to manage workload independently with high autonomy and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of international shipping and Tax/VAT overrides.
• Bachelor's Degree.
