What you will do

• Manage materials readiness for sustaining production and product transitions.
• Monitor global inventory positions, including aging stock, shortages, and demand shaping.
• Analyze multi-level BOM structures to validate planning assumptions and supply alignment.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to track supply status and resolve shortages.
• Drive excess and obsolete inventory reviews and disposition strategies.
• Generate materials planning dashboards and analytics to improve cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing materials in a fast-paced hardware environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Experience in creating and implementing cross-functional workflows.
• Proven ability to devise strategies for material management and inventory control.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in materials management.
• Program management experience.
