What you will do

• Set the long-term web product vision and roadmap for postman.com and related web properties.
• Expand product discovery and top-of-funnel reach by identifying underserved audiences and high-potential entry points.
• Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys from the first visit through evaluation to product entry.
• Build a trusted analytics and attribution foundation, including event taxonomy and decision-quality dashboards.
• Own the product strategy for technical search (SEO) and agentic engine optimization (AEO).
• Establish and maintain high standards for web performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of large-scale customer-facing web products.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and changing customer behavior through web experiences.
• Deep expertise in modern web architecture, CMS, rendering (SSR/CSR), and content delivery networks.
• Fluency in technical SEO, AEO, information architecture, and crawlability.
• Strong understanding of browser cookie behavior, consent management, and privacy-aware analytics.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA and work onsite 5 days a week.
