What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategy to drive new user acquisition across the entire Figma product suite.
• Build a portfolio of experiments and features for logged-out and sign-up experiences to increase user discovery.
• Optimize visibility within traditional search engines and emerging generative search experiences.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to integrate product-marketing efforts and improve measurement and experimentation.
• Own the EDU product strategy to attract students and educators, specifically focusing on AI product adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading major product or growth initiatives for user-facing products.
• Ability to connect team-level execution to business value and user impact through metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and marketing/business teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
