What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for advertising capabilities.
• Lead product strategy for paid media experiences, including campaign management, optimization, and measurement.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and AI teams to build scalable product solutions.
• Drive initiatives involving intelligent campaign creation, audience optimization, and automated recommendations.
• Navigate complex advertising ecosystems, including platform APIs, privacy regulations, and attribution models.
• Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Significant experience building and scaling customer-facing software products in adtech, martech, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience defining and executing product strategies at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising concepts, including audience targeting, attribution, and first-party data.
• Experience working with technical teams to develop platform capabilities, APIs, and data-driven products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, highly regulated environments.
