What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a shared communications platform, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Partner with engineering to build platform capabilities including messaging APIs, delivery infrastructure, and governance controls.
• Create scalable product foundations to enable efficient customer experiences and reduce duplicated efforts.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, growth, and banking teams to prioritize platform investments and technical direction.
• Establish success metrics and analyze platform performance using customer insights and data to improve adoption.
• Evaluate external technologies and strategic partnerships to extend platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of building and scaling software products.
• Experience leading platform, infrastructure, or developer platform technical product initiatives.
• Strong experience partnering with engineering on APIs, distributed systems, or technical architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional product programs from strategy through delivery.
