Location: Onsite in San Francisco (In-office 5 days a week)

Salary: $160,000 – $185,000

What you will do

• Own and drive the developer journey, focusing on AI-native experiences.
• Build functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and inform the roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to shape APIs, workflows, and systems.
• Translate business and user goals into developer-friendly product experiences.
• Identify opportunities and drive them to completion to improve Postman’s product suite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or a hybrid PM/engineering role at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company.
• Strong technical background with experience contributing to real web apps, APIs, or systems.
• Experience building prototypes or proof-of-concepts using React, Node.js or similar.
• Deep understanding of developer workflows and how tools integrate into them.
• Ability to operate independently and drive impact without waiting for direction.

Nice to have

• Previous founder or early-stage startup experience.
• Experience with developer tools, SDKs, or API platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations such as OpenAI, LangChain, or vector databases.
