What you will do

• Support the roadmap, functional requirements, and development timelines for hirify.global Models.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning, Core Infrastructure, and Product teams to execute product delivery.
• Help break down complex projects into manageable tasks and track progress against delivery plans.
• Communicate product benefits to internal stakeholders and users.
• Identify best practices to improve engineering velocity, security, and data handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0-2 years of combined Machine Learning and Product Management experience.
• Hands-on exposure to modern machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Python or Node.js.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
