What you will do

• Build a canonical customer operating data layer by connecting Salesforce, Jira, Langfuse, Snowflake, and product telemetry.
• Develop executive-facing reporting, visualizations, and operating views for account health and product adoption.
• Translate lifecycle definitions and stage entry/exit criteria into technical system requirements.
• Maintain integrations, reconciliation logic, data recency checks, and source-of-truth mapping.
• Support AI summaries and account readouts using structured, attributed, and current data.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to transform reporting needs into durable code and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, BizOps, or data/analytics engineering.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience integrating SaaS systems via REST APIs and JSON, with familiarity with the Salesforce data model.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture for operational reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
• Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational data products or customer-facing internal systems.
• Familiarity with event data, product telemetry, and usage analytics.
• Experience working in fast-moving AI, infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
