Salary: $215k – $250k + Equity

What you will do

• Lead discovery with law firms and in-house legal departments to identify high-value automation workflows.
• Define project scope, success metrics, and commercial structures for AI deployments.
• Build and deliver workflow-specific demonstrations for research, contract review, and regulatory monitoring.
• Prototype custom skills, agents, and connector configurations using the API Platform.
• Translate customer needs and legal ops requirements into product and data-partnership priorities.
• Manage senior relationships with partners and general counsel to drive qualification and closing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience practicing law at a leading firm or in-house, or in legal ops.
• 5+ years of total experience spanning legal and technical GTM, sales engineering, or AI product strategy.
• Deep fluency in legal workflows including research, diligence, drafting, and matter management.
• Strong intuition for AI agents and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into executable deployment plans.
• Excellent communication skills for writing proposals and technical scopes.
• High agency and ability to manage multiple complex customer workstreams in parallel.

Nice to have

• JD and bar admission.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, MCP, or LLM APIs.
• Working knowledge of legal tech platforms like Westlaw, LexisNexis, or Ironclad.
• Experience selling technology into law firms or regulated enterprises.
• Founder or early-startup operating experience.
