Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Manage the CTO's calendar, prioritizing strategic R&D sessions and technical reviews.
• Serve as the operational engine by coordinating meeting agendas, capturing outcomes, and tracking action items.
• Act as the primary communications hub for the product development organization to ensure alignment.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, board-level updates, and internal engineering communications.
• Manage day-to-day operations at the Denver headquarters, being onsite 2 days per week.
• Handle complex travel arrangements, expense reporting, and high-priority correspondence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in software, engineering, or medtech.
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and R&D data for executive strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Denver, Colorado for onsite requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional late nights or weekends for urgent needs.
