What you will do

• Provide accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance support to healthcare clients.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and key financial dashboards.
• Develop reimbursement and cost reporting deliverables specific to healthcare environments.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and MIP.
• Mastery of the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, depreciation, and JEs.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookups, Xlookups, Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare finance, FQHC, non-profit, or community health center environments.
• Background in consulting, professional services, or public accounting.
• Proficiency with Power Query and Power Pivot.
