What you will do

• Maintain accurate financial information and perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly accounting entries and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) and tax returns (990).
• Perform inter-company billing, cash transfers, and reconciliation of balances.
• Analyze financial data to provide ROI, trend reports, and summaries for leadership decision-making.
• Optimize accounting workflows and implement best practices for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Proven experience working with US GAAP and conducting financial analysis.
• Must be based in the United States to adhere to US GAAP and IRS regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Prior exposure to healthcare financial operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer accounting systems.
