What you will do

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned expense and corporate accounting areas.
• Own and manage complex balance sheet account reconciliations in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and approve journal entries for expense accruals, prepaid assets, and other significant transactions.
• Conduct detailed variance and flux analyses to provide actionable insights to leadership and FP&A.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and address auditor inquiries.
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliation best practices.
• Experience in public accounting.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel up to 15% annually if not local to Denver.

• CPA certification.
• Experience with a leading global accounting firm (e.g., Big 4).
• SaaS or subscription-based business experience.
