What you will do
- Own monthly general ledger close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and scripting.
- Leverage AI-assisted analysis to identify financial trends, anomalies, and risks.
- Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to provide forward-looking financial analysis.
- Contribute to system modernization initiatives, including ERP upgrades and reporting platform improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure scalability and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience with the ability to work independently on complex areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Python or Power Query considered a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across business functions.
