IPT Lead Engineer (Aerospace)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) for technical oversight and hands-on design of TVC actuation systems.
• Ensure end-to-end products are designed, integrated, and tested to meet program requirements.
• Conduct trade studies to optimize physical, mechanical, and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with program staff and external partners including Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.
• Formulate development plans, maintain schedules, and develop Basis of Estimates for assigned tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to less experienced professional staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (10+ years exp) or Master's degree (5+ years exp) in Engineering.
• 5+ years of space system design experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Experience in risk management and earned value management (EVM).
• Proficiency in schedule development using Microsoft Project and familiarity with Agile.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a US Security Clearance (S or TS).
