Location: Remote (Must support West Coast hours)

Salary: $40 – $55 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate travel.
• Act as the primary point of contact for early career talent candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain the Greenhouse ATS to ensure accurate candidate progression and data integrity.
• Partner with recruiters to support campus recruiting and high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Manage job postings on specialized websites and process candidate travel reimbursements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements in the hiring workflow.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in a Staffing or HR Coordinator role.
• Experience supporting early career, campus, or university recruiting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
