What you will do

• Headhunt top profiles for Sales, Marketing, and Support functions through sourcing and proactive outreach.
• Assess applications and potential interest by managing candidate screening and conducting pre-qualification interviews.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage and act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by coaching and sharing best practices.
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Talent Acquisition Function in a fast-growing environment and prior experience in go-to-market hiring in the Tech space.
• Strong headhunting skills and ability to pivot from volume approaches to retained search approaches.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a love for challenges and hands-on work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and employees, and act as a key brand ambassador.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a structured way.
• Analytical and rigorous with good attention to detail, excelling in challenging and fast-paced environments.
