Salary: $39.58 - $57.55 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling using Ashby (ATS) and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview feedback collection.
• Administer and maintain employee records within UKG (HRIS), including data entry and auditing.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Assist with special projects and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting high-volume interview scheduling and candidate lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience with UKG and Ashby.
• Experience in the video game or technology industry.
