What you will do

• Own the global tradeshow strategy to support business objectives and demand generation.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of approximately four major global tradeshows per quarter.
• Manage global events budget, pipeline targets, and ROI forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations.
• Partner with external suppliers to deliver engaging, on-brand booth experiences and activations.
• Oversee lead capture processes, operational standards, and continuous program improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing large-scale B2B events or global tradeshows from strategy through execution.
• Strong project management skills for coordinating stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
• Experience measuring event performance and pipeline contribution using data.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support key global events.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or technology environment.
• Strong negotiation skills managing vendors, sponsorships, and event contracts.
