What you will do

  • Direct the strategy and end-to-end execution of 1:Few tier ABM campaigns for specific verticals.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, prioritizing cost-efficiency and AI-native alternatives over legacy suites.
  • Transition targeting from firmographics to a "jobs to be done" approach for account segmentation.
  • Partner with Sales leadership through monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure program synchronization.
  • Operationalize engagement signals to trigger personalized SDR outreach.
  • Define and manage a measurement framework connecting ABM activities directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B marketing experience selling to technical enterprise personas in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to run multi-tiered ABM programs at scale, including vertical-based and programmatic motions.
  • Demonstrated track record of Sales alignment and shared accountability for pipeline results.
  • Experience developing account segmentation and messaging based on solution-oriented frameworks.
  • Strong quantitative skills and deep understanding of pipeline management and attribution metrics.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States
