What you will do
- Direct the strategy and end-to-end execution of 1:Few tier ABM campaigns for specific verticals.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, prioritizing cost-efficiency and AI-native alternatives over legacy suites.
- Transition targeting from firmographics to a "jobs to be done" approach for account segmentation.
- Partner with Sales leadership through monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure program synchronization.
- Operationalize engagement signals to trigger personalized SDR outreach.
- Define and manage a measurement framework connecting ABM activities directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive B2B marketing experience selling to technical enterprise personas in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to run multi-tiered ABM programs at scale, including vertical-based and programmatic motions.
- Demonstrated track record of Sales alignment and shared accountability for pipeline results.
- Experience developing account segmentation and messaging based on solution-oriented frameworks.
- Strong quantitative skills and deep understanding of pipeline management and attribution metrics.
- Must be based in Canada or the United States
