What you will do

• Execute a consistent exhibitor presence at approximately 30 industry conferences and tradeshows annually.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including booth setup, asset preparation, and onsite customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on event goals, messaging, and budget management.
• Maintain and improve operational tools such as event calendars, packing lists, and budget trackers.
• Track performance metrics like lead capture, cost per lead, and ROI to inform future planning.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing insights and leveraging automation or AI tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Hands-on experience executing exhibitor presence at industry tradeshows and conferences.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of events (15+ per year) simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in budget tracking and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with event performance metrics and post-event reconciliation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for independent and collaborative work.
