What you will do
- Serve as a strategic partner for major customers to drive successful onboarding, long-term retention, and revenue growth.
- Provide proactive technical guidance for complex video workflows and help developers solve deep technical challenges.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client use cases and recommend architecture best practices.
- Manage support escalations and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical blockers.
- Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions to influence the product roadmap and prioritization.
- Identify new application use cases and departments within existing accounts to expand adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Success Manager or equivalent in a SaaS company.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or graduation from a coding bootcamp.
- Strong technical knowledge of software, web/mobile, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in London, UK for hybrid office attendance.
