What you will do

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle for existing customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.
• Proactively engage with customers prior to expiration to discuss options and address concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
• Analyze renewal metrics, license usage, and trends to identify retention opportunities.
• Educate customers on the value of security solutions and gather feedback to inform product development.
• Document all renewal agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue principles, and contract processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Gainsight.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work toward defined renewal targets.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
