Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; logistics also reference Atlanta, Georgia. Minimal travel required.

Salary: $115,600–$158,900 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Shape product solutions from concept through launch across first-time experiences and complex workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate UX into the core platform.
• Lead user discovery and design validation with stakeholders.
• Translate complex construction and contract workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Improve the Document Crunch design system and design best practices.
• Apply modern AI patterns to real-world industry workflows and problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing applications, particularly B2B products.
• Experience leading design initiatives across multiple products or platforms, supported by a portfolio of complex UX work.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineering, product management, and leadership.
• Problem-solving ability with a balance of UX quality, visual design, and pragmatism.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction technology, document processing, or enterprise software.
• Experience with AI-driven product experiences and emerging interaction patterns.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from the ground up.
