Location: Atlanta, GA, United States. Minimal travel required.

Salary: $115,600–$158,900 per year.

What you will do

• Shape product solutions across the AI-powered Document Crunch platform from concept through launch.
• Own design deliverables for first-time user experiences and complex construction workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate UX into the core platform.
• Lead user discovery and design validation with stakeholders.
• Improve the Document Crunch design system and design practices.
• Apply AI interaction patterns to real-world construction workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing applications, especially B2B products.
• Experience leading design initiatives across multiple products or platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in solving complex UX challenges.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineering, product management, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction technology, document processing, or enterprise software.
• Experience with AI-driven product experiences and emerging interaction patterns.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from the ground up.
