What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and business processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and process data within the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
• Act as a brand ambassador by building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
• Partner with HR COEs to ensure seamless onboarding and recruitment project execution.
• Represent the organization at onsite and virtual career events to strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
• Fully bilingual (English/French): Proficiency in French is required for daily collaboration with Québec teams.
• Experience with insurance operations, mid-level roles, and unionized hiring environments.
• Proven proficiency using the Workday Recruitment module.
• Ability to travel to onsite career fair locations within the region.
• Self-starter mindset with experience working in a virtual environment.
