Salary: $121,000 – $151,000 per year

What you will do

• Shape how small businesses interact with the platform to ensure intuitive and accessible experiences.
• Design workflows for onboarding new employees and other complex HR tasks.
• Reimagine internal tools to support customer service teams.
• Contribute to the foundations and maintenance of the company's design system.
• Collaborate in cross-functional mission teams with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
• Lead the full product development cycle from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, or insurance.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Proven track record of working within cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual design, typography, and brand expression skills.
• Portfolio of case studies demonstrating complex problem framing and measurable outcomes.
• Must be based in New York, NY
