What you will do

• Design intuitive, accessible product experiences that make complex tasks simple.
• Reimagine internal tools supporting customer service teams and workflows for business owners.
• Contribute to design-system foundations and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Work through the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data partners.
• Use user insights and data to balance customer needs with business constraints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, HR technology, benefits, insurance, or related domains.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product management, and research teams.
• Strong visual design, typography, brand expression, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio of case studies demonstrating complex product design work, collaboration, final solutions, and measurable outcomes.
