What you will do

• Own product design across buyer and seller experiences on web and mobile.
• Lead design for a new mobile app and other high-priority platform initiatives.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery.
• Contribute to the design system and develop new reusable patterns.
• Advance the use of AI tools in design workflows and output quality.
• Model design craft, participate in critique, and mentor other designers when needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with demonstrated senior-level ownership.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product surfaces, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, or transactional products.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, and product judgment.
• Experience collaborating directly with product managers and contributing to design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted design workflows, plus mentoring or structured feedback experience.

• Mobile app design experience.
