Salary: $128,250 - $266,875 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design strategy for high-leverage growth surfaces, including onboarding flows, engagement loops, and lifecycle nudges.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate growth strategy into clear experience directions.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate on experiments and improve core business metrics.
• Contribute to the design system by creating reusable growth-related patterns for scalable solutions.
• Mentor other designers and facilitate critiques to resolve ambiguity and align on strategic direction.
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies in the ideation and design-to-engineering workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing consumer web and/or mobile products at scale.
• Proven track record leading growth, onboarding, or experimentation programs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product thinking, visual craft, and interaction design.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered design tools and generative workflows to accelerate prototyping.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Cursor, and Claude.
• Must be based in the USA to support hybrid work arrangements.
