Senior Product Designer, Growth & Experimentation (AI)

Location: United States of America. Flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions; regular office attendance depends on the specific role.

Salary: $128,250–$266,875 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead design strategy for growth surfaces including onboarding flows, engagement loops, lifecycle nudges, and habit systems.
• Translate growth strategy into experience direction with Product, Engineering, and Data partners.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and iterate on experiments that improve activation, retention, and engagement.
• Create and refine reusable growth patterns for hirify.global Mail’s design system.
• Mentor designers, facilitate critiques, and align stakeholders on strategic direction.
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies in ideation, prototyping, and design-to-engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing consumer web or mobile products at scale.
• Experience leading growth, onboarding, or experimentation programs and shipping measurable improvements in DAU or engagement.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, visual craft, interaction design, and complex flow design.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and generative workflows.
• Ability to maintain high craft and usability standards for AI-assisted design work.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude Code, and Claude Design.
