What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to overachieve regional sales targets.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing enterprise deals.
• Articulate the value proposition to stakeholders across the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
• Maintain predictable forecasting and hit consistent sales goals.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive a channel-led sales motion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience focusing on SIEM and Observability.
• Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually through complex sales processes.
• Experience working in early-stage startups (under 1000 employees) or demonstrating strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Proficiency in using the MEDDIC sales framework.
• Must live local to the Mid Atlantic territory (Delaware, Maryland, or Virginia).
