TL;DR

Sales Engineer (AI): Designing and implementing AI-powered intelligence solutions for cybersecurity and physical security clients with an accent on SIEM/SOAR integration and technical storytelling. Focus on leading Proof of Concepts (POCs), conducting high-impact product demonstrations, and aligning technical capabilities with customer business needs.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Northeast US; preferred locations between Philadelphia and Boston)

Salary: $106,800 - $157,500

What you will do

  • Collaborate with clients to design cybersecurity and physical security solutions integrating with SIEM, SOAR, or TIP platforms.
  • Conduct live and in-person product demonstrations showcasing AI-driven detection and response.
  • Lead customer Proof of Concept (POC) efforts to demonstrate business impact.
  • Provide technical training and enablement for sales staff and clients.
  • Partner with the product team to share customer feedback and identify feature gaps.
  • Mentor new team members on sales processes and relationship management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Experience conducting customer product assessments and managing complex system evaluations.
  • Proven ability to implement data integrations with third-party products.
  • Background in Enterprise or Cloud Security (SaaS, NOC/SOC, GIS, or MSP).
  • Comfortable presenting technical solutions to stakeholders from technical staff to C-suite.
  • Must be based in the Northeast US.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or SANS.
