What you will do

• Manage requirements for the design, integration, and deployment of systems across physical, virtual, container, and cloud environments.
• Deploy and maintain IaC services using Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies through conceptual design and prototyping.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system constraints, architecture, and concept of operations documentation.
• Author technical blueprints, playbooks, and whitepapers on best practices and system specifications.

Requirements

• Must possess an active TS/SCI Poly clearance.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed system architecture.
• Certifications: ASEP, CSEP, ESEP, CEA, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect.
