What you will do

• Lead strategic engagements with customer stakeholders to articulate security outcomes in terms of business risk and regulatory exposure.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations incorporating risk narratives and industry benchmarks to demonstrate value.
• Architect and drive customer adoption and value realization strategies for hirify.global solutions.
• Coach customers on security strategies, emphasizing the ability to detect, contain, and recover from threats quickly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Technical Support, and Sales Engineering to orchestrate holistic outcomes.
• Utilize independent judgment to provide strategic recommendations and solve complex problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, customer success, technical consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience in executive-level engagement and delivering outcome-based reporting.
• Deep knowledge of the threat landscape, including email security, cloud security, DLP, identity protection, and insider threat management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Consultative approach with the ability to create long-term customer roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Project management capabilities to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of email authentication protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM).
• Understanding of cloud security architecture.
