What you will do

• Drive fast time-to-value by managing a high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments.
• Execute asynchronous deployment motions using structured communication and self-service enablement.
• Monitor and triage deployment health daily to prioritize high-volume account queues.
• Troubleshoot technical blockers related to email security and cloud platform configurations.
• Guide customers through the activation of security products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage risks and maintain transparency with account teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or Professional Services consulting for enterprise-grade SaaS.
• Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Proven ability to manage large, high-turnover volumes of concurrent projects.
• Experience deploying SaaS products across cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud.
• Ability to translate complex technical steps into clear, actionable written instructions.
• Experience using AI tools to templatize and automate repeatable work.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume, digital, or tech-touch delivery models.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM and customer-success platforms like Gainsight.
• Knowledge of API integration processes.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
