What you will do

• Manage the business relationship between hirify.global and assigned client accounts to ensure overall satisfaction.
• Provide strategic coaching and advice on the use of identity management, compliance, and access request solutions.
• Monitor account health, including product usage, goals, and potential risks to ongoing satisfaction.
• Identify new opportunities for expanding product and service usage to drive client success and revenue growth.
• Ensure maintenance contract renewals and provide strategic performance updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer-facing skills with executive presence and professional demeanor.
• Proven consulting skills with the ability to produce strategic insights into organizational and technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Must be based in the United States.
