What you will do

• Support customers with CBM and CMMS project initiatives.
• Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing internal and external resources.
• Drive account growth through successful project delivery and relationship building.
• Implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods.
• Provide training to all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Experience in management of projects and small teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in North America.
• Valid driver's license with a good standing record.

Nice to have

• Maintenance specific experience with CBM and CMMS tools.
• Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
