What you will do

• Build, refine, and maintain technical tickets for Business Systems Admins and Developers.
• Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to solve business problems and improve efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between cross-functional stakeholders and the technical development team.
• Own the roadmap and backlog for Business Systems initiatives, balancing immediate delivery with long-term product strategy.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure project visibility and progress.
• Quickly learn and integrate various software platforms including Salesforce, Slack, and AI tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project or product management, ideally within IT or business applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Slackbot) to solve business challenges.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, well-scoped technical tickets.
• High technical fluency with the ability to understand system integrations and APIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to filter competing priorities.
• Must be based in the United States.
