Client Services Project Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Client Services Project Manager (AI): Supporting the execution of client-facing programs for a cloud-hosted conversational AI platform with an accent on governance and delivery assurance for PoV and PoC initiatives. Focus on validating project plans, managing RAID logs, and producing executive-ready reporting to ensure alignment with launch dates and ARR objectives.

Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Provide program-level governance and delivery guidance across the full lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Review and validate project schedules, dependencies, and risks to ensure launch readiness.
• Manage program-wide visibility using Monday.com and Jira to identify cross-project dependencies and delivery trends.
• Perform business operations analysis to reduce delivery friction and implement process improvements.
• Produce executive-level metrics, dashboards, and decision memos using Excel and Looker/BI.
• Lead capacity planning and resourcing scenarios in partnership with functional leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of client-facing project management experience delivering complex SaaS initiatives.
• Experience managing pilots, Proof of Value (PoV), or Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives in evolving scopes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data modeling and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday and Jira.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for the hybrid work model.
