What you will do

• Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads in planning and delivering project activities.
• Coordinate project meetings, track progress, and document action items.
• Manage project operations including deliverable tracking, reporting, and tool administration.
• Triage project issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
• Monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2+ years of experience supporting internal clients in an IT environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, SOW management, and resource planning.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide excellent customer service.
