Salary: $250K – $275K + Equity

What you will do

• Own multiple related products end-to-end from problem framing through launch and adoption.
• Conduct customer discovery with prospects and users to define scalable product direction.
• Translate company strategy into a concrete roadmap, balancing AI agents, platform investments, and customer needs.
• Develop detailed requirements and decision documents for Design and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate deeply with technical teams to resolve ambiguity and perform final product sign-off.
• Ensure clear communication across the organization regarding shipments and intended customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including a Senior or Staff role.
• Proven track record of building complex B2B or enterprise SaaS with deep workflows.
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to identify underlying problems.
• Technical fluency in systems, APIs, and AI behavior.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, specifically regarding observability and model behavior.
• Background in Trust & Safety, integrity, fraud, or risk compliance.
• Experience at an early-stage or scaling company.
• Expertise in information-dense products or developer tools.
